DELIVERY

Readings are delivered digitally as a custom password protected website. Turnaround time is communicated at booking. Oh Your Stars will notify you if there are any delays.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of chart readings, all sales are final once a reading has been delivered. If you have concerns about your reading, please reach out to indigo@ohyourstars.com within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to address them. Refund requests before delivery will be considered on a case by case basis.

YOUR CONTENT

If you leave a testimonial, comment, or review, you grant Oh Your Stars permission to display it on the site or in marketing materials. Your name will only be used with your consent.
